All carriers must check in no later than 11:00AM on Monday, January 11, 2027 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% surcharge.
